This first of a projected five-volume catalogue raisonné focuses on William Kentridge as a graphic artist. Volume 1.1 includes a timeline tracing the influence of art and theatre on Kentridge's oeuvre followed by an illustrated catalogue of 329 final states of prints and posters with notes by William Kentridge. Volume 1.2 presents the plate progressions of each print, all illustrated and complete with descriptions and author's notes.
