One chapter traces Bonnat's career in Rome and his growning interest in religous paintings and orientalism. Followed by a catalogue of 430 paintings and drawings divided by theme: religious subjects, decorative compositions, Italian genre scenes, orientalists pictures, landscapes, still-lives as well as a revision of several portraits discussed in the first volume.  Text in French.
