Followed by a catalogue of 576 drawings, each illustrated and discussed. The first section of the catalogue chronologically lists 370 drawings connected with paintings; then 27 preparatory works for engravings; 52 for unknown works; 24 for which Maratti's attribution is not accepted along with 92 doubtful attributions; and 6 drawings by other artists.
